Citizens Business Bank Arena (CBBA)

 

Take the 15

Exit Haven North to Concourse Drive, turn right

Continue to CBBA employee parking (left of main parking lot)

Parking Attendants will direct you to either Lot F or the north employee parking lot

 

Attire

Participants must dress according to established guidelines. Arriving out of compliance will result in being sent home immediately.
 
Hair must be pulled back. Long hair must be secured in a "pony tail" or braided.
Black Pants (No shorts or capris allowed!)
Levy issued uniform shirt and visors are provided by stand lead.
Black "non-slip" closed toe shoes are required, no exceptions!
 
 
 
The following restrictions to attire apply at all venues:
 
NO JEWELRY (except wedding rings and basic watches)
NO JEANS
NO JOGGING PANTS
NO WHITE TENNIS SHOES
NO OPENED TOE OR BACKLESS SHOES
NO VISIBLE EXTRA PIERCINGS (i.e. brow or tongue)
NO VISIBLE TATTOOS (must be covered with sleeves or bandage)
 
 
I.D. REQUIRED / ACCEPTED
A valid I.D. card is required at the time of check-in.   Participants will not be allowed entry without it. The following are accepted forms of identification:
- Driver’s License
- State ID card
- School I.D.
 
 
Check in at the CBBA employee entrance (side entrance door on north side of arena). CBBA management may at any time request participants to present a valid California Driver’s License or California I.D. card while working events. Please carry either form of identification when working. Arrival in appropriate attire is mandatory. 
 
Once checked in, please report to the assigned location for further instructions. Fierce’s sign-in sheet will be located in the stand and must be completed to receive credit for working. 
 
BREAKS
Please check with the stand lead before leaving for breaks or any other reason. The ability to take breaks will depend on how busy the stand is at that time. Breaks may not always be possible.
 
EMPLOYEE/ PARTICIPANT MEALS
Participants will receive a meal ticket for a specific meal or value. Drinks are only allowed in courtesy cups for Aramark events. CBBA events allow regular sized drinks only.  At no time should any food be eaten that has not been specified on the issued meal ticket. 
 
STAND MAINTENANCE
All participants are required to work as a team to clean concession stands during slow periods and after each event. Participants should not plan to leave before cleaning has been completed.
